You're right in that if joe is the candidate, it might be a very long shot. I wouldn't mind seeing a stronger GOP with the new blood that should have had their chance this election, but the brainwashed idiots can't see who is going to give them the best chance to win. A demolished tump is what the GOP needs for a healthy reset, so I'm sticking to my view that if tump is the candidate, that a huge loss would be the best thing that could happen to that party.

I can agree with that sentiment. Barry Goldwater got his ass handed to him in 1964 and the Republicans regrouped - holding the Presidency from 1969-1993 (excepting Jimmy Carter's 4 years).

It wasn't even guaranteed that lifting the stay would have resulted in a judgement before the election, so even that was a low bar.

Combine that with polls that show him not only neck-and-neck with joe, but even sometimes beating him, and you have to wonder if this is a bad dream.

They should turn it into a three part test: 30 minutes of exercise (2 mile run); 30 minute citizenry test; and then a one hour debate. Two-minute intervals between the segments. Trump wouldn’t get past the physical fitness test.

He should recuse himself from the Donald Trump Immunity case or if not that ... then change his opinion about it and vote with the minority liberal judges.

You have another conservative judge sitting there too, Clarence Thomas. He too should recuse himself because his wife Ginni was directly involved in overturning the 2024 Presidential election as well. She sent "Stop the Steal" messages on social media.

If Thomas doesn't recuse, then he should also change his opinion. Then it becomes a 6-3 votes against Presidential Immunity.

Give NO Presidential Immunity to Donald J. Trump.
